The Green Technology Group (TGTG) recently achieved three organizational certifications: CMMI Maturity Level 3 for Services, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 20000-1:2018. This accomplishment reflects TGTG's ongoing commitment and investment in quality management systems to efficiently deliver support services like professional outreach support and training to serve our Nation's veterans.
CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates that the organization is performing at the "defined" level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in the standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization's set of standard processes, which is the basis of maturity level 3, is established and continuously improved upon.
International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifies that a management system, process, service, or documentation procedure has all the requirements for standardization and quality assurance. These certifications further asserts TGTG's ability to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards across all service locations.
